Woodshop Builder

Philpac Corporation is currently seeking candidates to join our Woodshop team in Kenmore, NY!

As a leader in the packaging industry, Philpac, a local family-owned business, celebrated its 40th anniversary in September of 2022. As a packaging supplies company, Philpac initially sold packaging supplies and boxes made by others but was introduced to manufacturing by Conelly Container. In the early 1990s, Philpac outgrew its building in downtown Buffalo, and moved to their first property on Military Road in Kenmore, New York in 1993. In 2005, Philpac was asked to make some crates for a customer and found themselves in the wood business. Due to the new wood business, Philpac acquired their second property in Pendleton, New York.

With around 80 employees between both locations, Philpac’s owner, along with upper management take pride in taking care of their employees by offering competitive wages, retirement savings, multiple options for health coverage, and other great benefits employees deserve to get from their employers.
